A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival. 

Starting January 1st, 2024 - The new parking & registration policy will be as follows:
Each renter will be issued ONE parking pass and armbands for $40. A second parking pass MAY be issued for an additional $15 depending on how full the parking lots are. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued only ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash. Once 70%(+) occupancy has been reached you may or may not be able to received the second pass to park in the overflow lot only. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times. Maximum passes for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit is 2 parking passes only if space is available. 

 

Paradise is also available for long term winter rentals. Guests that stay at the property longer than 1 month will have a cap on electric utilities. The owner will pay $100 of the electric bill each month, with guest responsible for any overage. Please note that the cleaning fee will be higher for long term stays, which will not reflect when booking through this website. The cleaning fee will be calculated when the reservation comes through, and you will be contacted with the total amount.

My husband and I stayed here four days, and the condo was beautiful. It look like it had been recently remodeled. Everything was clean and neat, and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late and had no problem getting through the gate and into the condo. The condo was perfect, updated fans and decor, the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a good meal. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Above all was the cleanliness, you could tell the owners/cleaners take pride in their job. We will definitely be back.

Amanda was very responsive and friendly . Loved the location of the place and the unit itself. Unit corner, second floor, private and it’s right by the stairs for easy flight of stairs to your car and the beach. It’s on the quieter side of the building with the lawn in the front and the beach few steps away. Both bedroom and living room open up to the balcony facing the beach. Nice to feel fresh breeze with doors open. Place is spacious and lots of light. We found good places for brunch and even Pho close by. We went during spring break but it was nice and no quiet, no loud noises or parties. It’s not as modern and new or fancy as some places we have stayed but location location location made up for it. We enjoyed March madness on both TVs while enjoying the ocean breeze. And did some yoga in the mornings on the balcony and sunsets in the evenings. Definitely recommend it.

We have found our paradise! Great location in PCB on our favorite end of the beach. Great restaurants and friendly staff and other guests. We had a great snowbird Wi tee and can’t wait to get back to our home away from home. Everything was as described in great working condition. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We arrived and the condo was super clean. No complaints with the entire stay. The 2nd floor is super nice, we just carried out wagon up the stairs and never had to worry about an elevator.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise. Condo, location and amenities were everything that was described. Before I purchase/book, I take reviews very seriously. This booking was done after the great reviews I read. The condo was clean and had everything needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Location is wonderful!! Regency Towers is a large complex with many condos. I can see where the only 3 elevators can become an issue. We used the 15 steps to and from our condo for everything. Two large pools were great. Bikini Bob's poolside bar had fun drinks and great food too! Don't miss the fried pickles! Beach was clean, water was clear and there are many water activities at the beach. I could go on and on. We hope to be back soon!!

Great views and a great stay! It was biker week when we visiting (we did not know this going into our vacation) but we couldn't hear the loud bikes in our room which was SUCH A RELIEF! The shower/tubs were a little worn but everything else was great. Being able to just walk down the stairs to get to the beach was so ideal. Only note was that the parking pass was $25 dollars instead of the noted $20. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Location of room was great. Very convenient for beach and parking access. No elevators needed. Patio furniture was good quality. Bikini Bob's tiki bar was an unexpected bonus. Good food and even better prices. Would definitely stay again!

First time at Regency but have stayed at Little Pearl and Sugar Sands, this 3 month stay was fabulous from beginning to end. We had 2 water issues that were given lightning fast attention and we’re resolved the same day., with no further action needed. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed. We had guests for a few days and getting their passes was effortless, they loved it here too. Warm pool was awesome and the Tiki Bar was great when it opened March 1st. Can’t wait until 2024 to come back to Paradise at PCB!! Thank you!!

Loves this cozy one bedroom condo. It’s at the end of the towers so a little more private . The room was very clean and second floor was perfect!!! Super easy access to the beach. Amanda, the host, was excellent in her communication and very sweet. Tv wasn’t working and she brought over a whole new Roku and connected it the next morning . We are already wanting to book for next year.

Loved the location. Easy to beach and other activities. Couch was not very comfortable to sleep on. Would be good for small kids. I had teen boys with me. The bed was great! Loved having my own bath and bedroom space that was separated and gave me privacy. I would definitely book again if I go that way

Girls trip. Everything was great. Great location and we liked the easy access to the beach and pool. Sheets were clean but had stains on them and that was a little off putting. Everything else was good and we would stay again.

This is our second stay here. We love the second floor location. Check in was easy and fast. We had only minor issues that would not deter us from staying there again. Linen was the number one issue. We have two daughters with super long hair and we only had 4 bath towels for the whole unit one wash cloth for the dishes and one hand towel for the kitchen, a few extras would have been nice. No pot holders in the unit and much need of a better can opener.

Great location. Easy access to room, just one set of stairs. No elevator wait. Quiet end of the building, away from pool area. Clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Loved it! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be more bath towels. There were 3 of us and only 4 towels for a 4 night stay. We were able to wash them, since the washer and dryer are in the unit but it would be nice to have 2 per guest.

The condo was as described. Although dated, it was functional. The best thing was it's proximity to the beach. Being a corner unit and located just by the stair, it was a short walk to the beach or to the parking lot. No need to wait on the busy elevator.

1 br condo on 2nd floor was super getaway. Quiet end of Thomas Drive. Very nice and clean. Living room and bedroom opened up to balcony which was nice size. I would definitely stay here again. Great for individual, couple or family. Parking was good just not covered deck. Short walk to beach and 2 large pools plus kiddie pool. Highly recommend this condo ! ❤️

The place was a bit out dated. Showers, tubs and the bathrooms shower fixtures. Kitchen sink faucet needs updating and the sprayer had mold buildup on it. I know it takes time and money to have these things updated.

Great location. Place is older but very clean and comfortable. This unit is perfect on the second floor. On the end closest to beach access!! Heated pool and staff is very attentive. Rental managers were very very accommodating and quick to respond!! Great place !

This is a nice corner condo with only 1 flight of steps. Great views. We loved the balcony furniture. Walmart is only 5-10 minutes away. The condo is down close at Andrew’s so the traffic is much lighter that’s what you find closer to the center of PCB, which we liked because it can be frustrating to get out. Parking is the only complaint because the lot stayed packed the entire time we were there. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. Pull out couch is convenient however is very uncomfortable, and hard to use with the table in the living room. Two bathrooms are fantastic to have. Loved being able to just take the stairs up and so close to the condo was very convenient. Fantastic view!

The rental was clean and all communications were quick and accurate. The only negative part was they were doing beach restoration directly in front of Regency Towers the week we were there. We were unable to use the beach in front of the condo and we had to walk quite a distance to access it. Overall we had a great experience .

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Super easy access on the 2nd floor to get to the beach or pool in minutes. Loved the balcony area. WiFi connection was great for working as well. Had a small issue with refrigerator which was addressed very quickly! Would definitely come back to stay again!

No parking hassles here! Unlike with parking decks and overcrowded high-rises, guests can pull straight into Largo Mar, park and be to the unit in seconds. Please note, you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit’s front door as well as a steeper flight of stairs to get to the master bedroom and full bathroom. Parking for up to two vehicles is provided with your booking, and two passes will be left inside Fish Tank for placing in your vehicle(s) upon arrival. Trailer parking of any size or type is prohibited at the Largo Mar.

Largo Mar community offerings include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court, and a common patio/deck area with high top seating for socializing or watching the sun rise and set. Full-service food markets Publix and Winn Dixie are just a short drive away, as well as numerous local eateries. 

Check-in time is 4pm central time. Check-out time is no later than 10am central time. 

NO smoking, parties, events, or pets allowed. 

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information. 

Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.

This home does not accept long term guests or winter snowbirds.

We rented this condo with another condo to accommodate our family. Condo is well kept and provides great amenities! Half bath is very small and you enter from an outside set of stairs. No issues with anything and the property management was very helpful and responsive. Hope to go back again soon.

The condo is excellent. Decorating is adorable, clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The only thing that we were upset about is the pool is freezing cold. If you don’t plan on swimming, you’ll enjoy the stay and they do have a great hot tub.

This is a great unit. Yes, it isn't brand new. If you require luxury, leave this unit for someone at the beach to enjoy the outside. It is basic, but everything you need for meals in the unit and still enough room for my family of four to have breathing room. Laundry was a blessing. Easy stroll to the beach. Dollar General across the road is convenient. We couldn't beat this unit for double the price elsewhere. We would definitely stay again!

From booking to check out our experience was fantastic. The location is perfect. We usually stay closer to Pier Park, which can be a little noisy...this is our new favorite location on the beach! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view from the balcony was picturesque. The master bedroom which is located upstairs has a balcony facing the road and the stairs are a little steep getting to the bedroom, but these things did not hinder our enjoyment at all(maybe worth knowing if you have trouble with stairs). I already want to be back at the Fish Tank, we loved it!

Although this unit is not directly on the beach, the ocean is easily visible. We ate most every meal on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. Very easy walk right out to the beach from the condo, with the hot tub and pool along the way. Dollar General store is directly across the street for any items forgotten at home. Walmart Superstore, Publix, and Winn-Dixie stores all within 10 minute drive for groceries.

This unit was perfect for two people. Although not directly on the beach, the ocean view from the condo was great, and a very easy walk to the beach. Very nice deck right on the beach to sit and watch the sunset. Nicely stocked pots, pans, dishes, silverware in kitchen. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time. The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great view of the sunset from the observation deck. Grounds were clean and well kept. Close to everything, but not too close. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in PCB was amazing. The condo complex was small and quaint, right on the Gulf. Pool and amenities were fantastic. The location is outside of the tourist heart of the strip which was perfect for what we wanted. Great restaurants and things to do was just a short drive. The condo was clean and sufficient t for the family. If I have one recommendation, I would say the listing details need updated to reflect everything the condo has. Everything you ever need is in the condo, so you don't need to worry about bringing things like kitchenware unless you want to.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fish Tank on a beautiful Florida beach. The place was super cute with a beachy theme, very clean and well stocked! The beach view balcony, washer /dryer and second bath were nice bonuses! Just steps to the beautiful beach and with lots of great restaurants nearby, we look forward to visiting again. A fun mini vacation to remember in this cozy little get away.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness in certain areas however. I did go buy some Clorox wipes to clean the areas that was important to us. There is also several different holes in the walls around the condo. The hot tub at the condominium was broken for over half our stay which was a bummer but that was no fault of the owner. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay for the most part and there wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. We appreciated the easy check in and out at the condo. We are grateful for the opportunity to vacation here.

3rd time at Laro Mar and it has never let us down. It is not crowded at the pool or the beach. It is right next to our favorite place to eat Shore Dogs. We will be back next year for sure. Will and Tiffany

We enjoyed staying at Fish Tank. It was nice, secluded, and great for social distancing. We come to Panama City Beach at least twice a year and always stay in a high rise. Fish Tank was so much better and we will definitely be staying here again. The pool area was nice and we loved the private access to the beach.

Pier Splendor is also available for long term winter rentals from November to the end of February. Guests that stay at the property longer than 1 month will have a cap on electric utilities. The owner will pay $100 of the electric bill each month, with guest responsible for any overage.  Please note that the cleaning fee will be higher for long term stays, which will not reflect when booking through this website. The cleaning fee will be calculated when the reservation comes through and you will be contacted with the total amount.

Great location! The host (Amanda) was super responsive! Even on the weekends and when requesting last minute to extend our stay, she was always quick and friendly to reply. While we did visit during "shoulder" season in October, the elevators were always reliable and quick for the entire 2 weeks (was worried about at being on the 19th floor - the views tho!). Overall, definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Living Room had plenty of of space for 6. Furniture was comfortable. Elevators were quick (a little backed up for move in and move out, as expected). Pools never too crowded. Great Fireworks viewing. Could walk to many restaurants. Overall great experience.

This was one of the rare times that a condo actually looked better in person than in the pictures! The host gave great instructions pre-arrival on how to access the parking garage and unit. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The view was gorgeous. It is in easy walking distance to Pier Park and other amenities. The elevators are plentiful and very fast. It was very well stocked other than the fact that there was no hair dryer, so make sure to bring your own. We usually stay at a different resort when coming to Panama City and were unsure how we would feel about this one, but we loved it! We will definitely be back. We travel a lot and this host was one of the best. I can not review the pool area because we did not use it and the tiki car was closed.

Hat to make a last minute change of plans and was lucky enough to find this gem for the nights we were in need of. Amanda was very helpful with the last minute booking!! Stellar views of the gulf from the balcony. Amazing sunsets and on our last morning we were graced with views of a manatee cruising the shoreline in the clear waters. The condo is well appointed and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the unit was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We loved the condo! View from the balcony was wonderful and the condo was well stocked with towels and linens as well as some beach chairs, toy and umbrella. The pools were awesome as they are heated and quite large. Pier Park is literally right behind the condos so we were able to walk to restaurants and other activities and only had to take our car out when we needed to run to target or Walmart (which are only like a 2 min drive). Our only issue was that all of the mattresses were super “mushy” so there was very little support and we had some back aches. But some people like their mattresses that way so that’s really just our personal preference. Overall, we had an awesome vacation and will definitely be back to PCB!

This was our 2nd time staying in Florida and I must say that we enjoyed it this time even more. Check in process and customer experience was excellent. Amanda was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was as described in the listing and truly had anything we needed and was fairly clean. The only thing we were unhappy with was the company that works with the resort on the beach chair rental. They would take up the entire beach displaying their beach chairs leaving others who have their own beach chairs with very little space. Other then that this was a great location and we can’t wait to go back.

We have stayed in Calypso for so long I don't even remember when we started. This condo was similar to other one BR in size and configuration. Overall, a nice place to stay for the week. We had teens with us, so the sturdy bunks worked out great for them as opposed to some other condos with lesser weight limits. The master was a little tight with the bed and bathroom door, but the size of the bed makes it nice to sleep in. The condo was clean and well stocked as advertised.

Amanda was amazing to work with renting this property. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Elevators and parking was not an issue. I drive a Yukon XL and navigated the parking deck without issue. The unit could be a little cleaner (deep cleaning).

Incredible location and the condo is exactly as described. After previously staying in a 1st floor unit, we were apprehensive about staying on the 19th floor. Our fears were all for not. The wait for elevators was minimal and the condo was perfect. We did have an issue with the dryer for the entire stay but the property manager was a true professional. It is rare to find anyone that cares about a problem as much as you but Amanda was terrific. She sent out two repair companies and always kept us informed. We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was clean and comfy. Location was great. Easy walking to pier and to Pier Park. Only complaints was dryer took forever to dry clothes, fridge would freeze items. Didn’t like the parking garage aspect. It was a long walk to garage and then trying to remember where you parked last. we really enjoyed the condo and would stay here again.

Good! Except the maintenance or property manager was a rude. There was a refrigerator leak and said to me.”we have rented this unit out all year and there hasn’t been any complaints” well there was a leak and after the third time they finally fixed it! Not just a small leak soaking the little kitchen floor. Thank god! I guess 3 time is a charm

There was a small pin hole leak in the water line that created a leak and if you were not in the unit all day and come back 8 hours after you left, that would explain why there was so much water. My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend which also happened to be the weekend for the jazz festival. The condo was exactly as pictured with great views and not far from the elevators. There is a nice little tiki bar on property as you walk out onto the beach. The location is perfect for walking to the Pier Park area. The process for access to the condo and the parking garage - separate fee - was very smooth with quick responses to any of my questions before arrival. We'd stay here again.

Check in process was very smooth, the apartment was clean. Eye catching view. Reviewing the info provided in the emails and the website makes it easy to find anything you need. Property manager is also very responsive. The pillows and mattresses are not in good condition, needs to be replaced. The door seal needs to be replaced too, since the wind howling sound sometimes gets annoying at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best location on the beach! We walked to Pier Park several times, and drove down Front Beach Road a few nights. Restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores, souvenier shops, all super convenient. I would definitely recommend this place

The unit overall was nice. It accommodated our family of four very well, and was well equipped with all the amenities for our five day vacation. The master bedroom bed is, unfortunately, very uncomfortable (most everyone likes their own bed anyway). I would recommend the mattresses get replaced as they appear old and broke down (not much support when you can feel the springs in your back). Our only complaint of the Calyspso condo facility was the location of the elevators and difficulty passing down the hallway with two-way people traffic. Not convenient when coming up from the beach, parking garage, etc. The unit was very affordable considering July is a peak season in PCB. Great location to Pier Park, restaurants, and shopping.

Property location is great. Property was very dirty when we came in. I called to report but didn't get anyone to call me back. Furniture is very outdated it definitely needs an upgrade. The biggest issue was how dirty it was....ceiling fan in the bedroom had layers of dust as well as the fridge, floors haven't been swept in months.

We did get back to you about not receiving parking passes in your email & we resent that to you. You never told us of any issues cleanliness wise on the property. If we would have been notified you were unhappy with the cleaning. We would have sent the house keeper back to make sure the unit was up to your satisfaction. These units are inspected before arrival. We have had guests in this property all season, the floors have been done between each guests arrival. Occasionally the housekeeper can miss some sand on the floors. The ceiling fans are running when the housekeeper is the unit cleaning, we will make sure those are taken care of now. Thank you for letting us know. Our apologizes you were unsatisfied with the rental. We would love to change your experience by you coming back again!

Inconvenient getting to/from parking garage to condo. Room had sand all over floors when we checked in and I spent 45 minutes trying to clean it up. Saw 2 bugs in kitchen upon arrival. Condo doesn't even provide hand soap by sinks.

Hello Natalie, We apologize you were unhappy with your rental! The units are inspected before guest arrival. Pest control on site goes into property when a guest is not in the unit. If they came in and sprayed after the fact of it being checked, we did not see the dead bugs. If we would have been contacted during your stay we would have been more than willing to get someone in the unit to fix what was wrong. We will most definitely relay this to our housekeeping staff. We do not provide soaps in the rentals, just your basics to get you started - trash bag per can, paper towels, roll of toilet paper per bath, 2 laundry pods & 2 dishwasher pods. This is also listed in the Rental Agreement that we send out & have singed before arrival. We would love to change your experience by you coming back to stay with us!

  • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. I booked this gem for my two sons and I for our short vacation to PCB and I am beyond happy that I did! Such a cute place, it was quiet, I felt safe there without my husband being with us, the location was perfection and the view of the Gulf was absolutely amazing! I could not recommend The Little Pearl enough and I am looking forward to many more memories being made there.

From the balcony of this unit, we had a perfect view of the beach and the Gulf. It is so relaxing to start and finish our day on this balcony. All of the photos for this listing are an exact representation of what we experienced. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room furniture is very nice, and has a TV with cable and streaming capability. The Mariner West pool is very clean with plenty of loungers for sunbathing & relaxing. There were three grills that work great, and always available. This condo had all we wanted - gulf view, immediate access to the beach & pool, and great parking. The Sun & Sands staff have always interacted well with us. We loved our stay, and we'll stay again!

We always love staying at Mariner West! This was our first time staying in this unit. Everything was very nice except the floors were very dirty when we got there. Other than that we all loved it!

Loved the small & quaint condo complex as we didn’t want to stay in a large high rise. It was clean, well maintained & the elevator was always working. By not visiting during peak season we didn’t have to put up with large crowds or a lot of traffic. The location was great. The balcony view was heavenly & just a few steps to the beach which they cleaned every morning!! Although I was very worried because I had to send an email requesting my check-in info while we were on the way to PCB, we did receive a prompt detailed response. Overall, the condo could use a thorough cleaning but there is nothing so overwhelming that would make me not want to stay here again & yes, I would recommend it to others.

Unfortunatly, because of a minor problem, I couldn't get into Seascape my originally booking, So they set me up in Little Pearl and I couldn't have been happier. Even when the problem was resolved I chose to stay at Little Pearl. The location was perfect and the views of the gulf were spectacular. Although I didn't meet John face to face, I want to thank him for the communiction to make my stay so enjoyable. I am looking forward to staying there again.

The trip was great with a few minor issues related to cleanliness surrounding the condo; The unit is in need of a DEEP, DEEP CLEANING. For instance, there was dust coming from the vent over the toilet in the master bath that was collecting on top of the toilet.

I wouldn't recommend this place due to the overall lack of cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at The Little Pearl. The condo was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The only issue we had was with the sleeper sofa (the mattress is worn out) we had to use couch cushions for more comfort.

Beautiful week at the beach. Clean condo unit with third floor location allowing a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Overall unit was clean with general wear and tear to the furniture. Though not much time was spent in the room for entertainment, cable TV was lacking for small children and wifi was very unreliable. These things would have been helpful for us as mom and dad showered, did laundry, etc. Could have used more drawer space in the bedroom and black-out shades on the bedroom window (bright sun limited morning sleeping and naps for my toddlers).

The room was very well decorated and very nice. We loved staying on that end of the beach. Not crowded at all and very quiet. The property manger on site did come off a little rude about me getting a parking pass but we I came back she seemed a little nicer. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floor, my Mom and MIL wished theyd had a mop because their feet stayed dirty the whole time, so they did wear socks inside the rest of the trip. Overall we loved this place and would like to continue to stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Read your check in instructions thoroughly. We could have enjoyed the morning lounging on the beach and instead drove out to Grayton State park and hiked around the sand dunes which isn’t a bad way to kill time. I would rebook this unit given the opportunity. You have direct beach access to endless white sands beach.

We were so happy. The condo was located on Thomas Dr. It was a very nice area. Location was nice and beach located just off the deck. View was beautiful! Location was quite and not party central. This is by far, the best condo we have stayed in while in PCB. Will definitely visit again.

I have been renting at Mariner West for 20+ years. This was the worst experience. First of all the cleaning job at check-in was subpar. I’m almost positive the floor was not mopped upon our arrival. The garbage disposal clogged the kitchen sink. It caused the sink to back up when anyone took a shower or ran the dishwasher. The smell was horrible. We had to go buy batteries for the A/C thermostat and tv remote. We were charged at the end of our stay because some towels were stained. Towels that I had to wash (bleach)before to ensure they were clean prior to us using them. The kitchen has limited cookware and it looks like it was purchased from the Goodwill 10 years ago. There needs to be some improvements made in this condo. Not sure that I would rent from this agency again. If I do, I will probably take pictures of some items to have proof so I’m not charged for ridiculousness.

This condo unit has comfortable furniture and all the kitchen items one could need. There were a few things that need addressing. Mainly the cleaning crew "in my opinion", is doing minimal job cleaning the tile floors. Our feet got black or socks got black on that floor. When I was setting up electrical connections for my daughter's medical equipment the floor was noticeable dirty as we're areas under chairs and beds. The decorations in the unit had layers of dust. The ceiling fans had built up dust on them. The hall bath vent needs cleaning. There were pesty little black bugs that looked like flies in the master bathroom. I think they were coming up the drain. They were not in other areas of the unit. The more I killed the more showed up. Very annoying!!! The toilet in the master bathroom sometimes runs and doesn't stop...possibly needs a new flap thing in the tank. It would be nice if the unit had a laundry basket to use. The beach chair and carrier in the laundry room are very rusty. We didn't use them but my thoughts are that a guest could get a cut on their hand. And I thought the things piled half ontop of the dryer could pose a fire hazard. I tried to move those off the dryer when I was using the dryer. The big 5 gallon buckets of old paint fell off the shelf onto me. They are all dried up with loose kids. I put them back but it's a hazard! And last, memory foam pillows are too plump for someone with a cervical spine condition. It would be nice if there were some standard normal pillows available to use. And the cable programming in that unit could be better. Plus the TV in the master doesn't have a good picture. And the coffee maker was extremely moldy when I went to use it. I cleaned it and sanitized it with vinager.

This is not my husband and I's 1st stay at this condominium, We've been there for years in a row now and it is just perfect. The beach area isn't crowded, it's easy to get from one place to another, and the staff is pleasant and the areas always clean. If you are looking for something clean close to the beach and close to everything definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful time! Unit and condominium were clean. The mattresses were great such a plus when you are going all day with little ones at the beach. Rental staff very responsive when I had a few quick questions. Thank you Sky!

Amazing! This unit, 108, far exceeds our expectations! It is updated, furnished appropriately without being cheesy or outdated. The access to the beach and pool is amazing, and without the noise of being right in front of the pool. The staff at Mariner West are very accommodating, we've been knowing Bruce for almost 30 years as well, he's like family. The ease of reservations, information, up to and the day of check with Sky is flawless. I can honestly stay we've stayed in almost every unit on the first floor and this is by far, our favorite!

We had the best spot. We were on the bottom floor. We had two little boys that loved the pool being so close. And the short walk to the beach was awesome for us older ones. Lol. Perfect size and I loved the patio furniture. The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi service. It was pretty bad. However that would not stop me from staying there again.

This condo is secluded between 2 larger high rise units . I think maybe 6 floors .
Its an older complex but very well maintained . No frills just gorgeous views . You can tell some folks live here . Its less crowded and quiet . A peaceful get away for couples . Not much for young children though . The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions . All in all a nice place to relax.

This has been the best spring break vacation so far. The condo was the best part. The bottom floor location made everything super convenient. It also had everything we needed for our stay: fully stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, and outdoor gas grill. (The WiFi could have been better but I reminded the kids that a vacation isnt meant for WiFi usage - lol!!) Everyone was friendly and helpful. This section of the beach was peaceful and not crowded like other areas. We will definitely rent again.
