This home boasts a private pool, a large kitchen for cooking meals, 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, expansive driveway so you can bring your boat, trailer and even motorcycles, minutes from the white, sandy beaches and so much more! Sleeps up to 8 people.

-Master bedroom has a king bed
-Guest room with a queen bed
-Guest room with a full bed
-Sleeper sofa in the den

Are you coming down for a baseball or softball tournament? This home is 4.9 miles from the PCB Sports Complex and 11.1 miles to Frank Brown Park.

Very close to several local eateries, 2 grocery stores, 2 liquor stores, the beach, marinas, and more! No worries in needing to look for a parking space or wait on any elevators. Pull up to the home, park, and walk right in! No hassles here! The large driveway can accommodate a boat & trailer, RV or 5th wheel, motorcycles & trailer. Perfect for those who want to bring their toys and have a place to park them. *Please note there is no cable or local channels for this home. All TVs work off of streaming services only.*

Check-in time is 4pm central time. Check-out time is no later than 10am central time.

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information. 

Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.

Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The beach was not far, plentyof places to eat and things to do. This property was by far the best place i ever stayed at, very neat and very clean. No issues or concerns. My family and I will definitely chose this property again!

It was so huge & clean. I love the kitchen you can cook & see every view of the house. Great sunlight made me want to buy some plants,but this is not my house lol. The master bedroom is awesome with your own door to the backyard. Ohh & don’t forget the pool. We spent most of our time in the backyard & the pool was great! Our kids love the Jack & Jill rooms! This place can accommodate a big family! Amanda was very responsive and respectful. We Will be coming back soon!

The location was nice and quiet. Just a short drive to the beach. The house was nice overall. A few minor things like broken door hinges on cabinets, non working jets in the tub, no pool maintenance, limited towels for bathing, and although the oven appears to be new it did not work properly. We booked the house for the large driveway since we had 3 vehicles and the 2 full baths plus half bath as well as the private screened in pool. It served our needs well.

The house was amazing, size was perfect for our family. Having our own pool was relaxing. LOCATION was the best. We loved the lagoon area. Traffic wasn't bad, the beach access was great, food options close were great! Our favorite was Schooners and Dat Cajun Place. Only negative comment was the yard/landscaping needed a little TLC.

Relaxing Girls Trip

7 of my family members joined me for a relaxing girls trip. We spent most of the time at the pool, and had one beach day (which was enough for us)! The beach is about a 6/7 minute drive. There is also lots of stores for groceries and thing, about 5 mins drive away. We tried ‘The Juicy Crab’ which had excellent crab legs! Would definitely recommend!

This stay was great and exceeded our expectations. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Clean and the pool was perfect. The only hard thing was the light switches, this house has a Lot of them.

Description of the house and amenities were very accurate with exception of not being mentioned it’s at then entrance of the development right off of a street .We had some cleaning issues but they were made right. The house is very spacious and plenty of room for our family and we felt at home. The pool is a HUGE asset to the house and we absolutely LOVED it. We would definitely recommend this house as it’s location is close to everything and only about a 15 minute golf cart ride to public beach access. We have a great family vacation!!!

This was a great experience. The online pictures actually mirrors the home in-person. We weren’t disappointed with our stay. Plenty of good restaurants & touristic things to do within 3-5 miles. We look forward to using this beautiful property again one day.

Expect some noise being that the house is on a corner where a busy road is, but with the swimming and daily beach visit you sleep through it. You are in a great location where groceries stores and getting places is easy from the house location. Pool was a little cold. Being there in October is the reason for that. Overall good time with the family.
