This single-level home boasts an open floor plan, where the fully remodeled kitchen, bright living room, and inviting dining area seamlessly flow together, creating a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The newly renovated kitchen features modern appliances, sleek cabinets, and plenty of counter space to inspire your culinary creations. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. For entertainment, all of the home’s TVs are smart TVs, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and streaming services during your stay.

Comfort & Relaxation for All Guests

Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, offering a restful retreat after a day of fun in the sun. The home also provides all the necessary linens and towels, as well as a convenient washer and dryer for your use. The two bathrooms are well-appointed and clean, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.

  - Master Bedroom: King bed with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.

  - Guest Room 1: Perfect for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full daybed.

  - Guest Room 2: Features a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

The private fenced-in yard features a dining table with seating for 6, ideal for al fresco meals, plus a gas grill for your BBQ needs. Whether you’re relaxing with family or enjoying a meal under the stars, the backyard provides a great space to unwind.

Pet-Friendly for Your Furry Friends

Sol Desire is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged companions along to enjoy the beach with you. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per pet, dogs only, max 2 dogs. We require your pet(s) to be crated if leaving them in the house while you are gone. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture and clean up after your pet upon departure in the yard. Additional fees may be charged if the home is left damaged, dirty, or extra cleaning is necessary. You can also check out Zoomies Doggie Daycare if you know you'll be out and about all day and want your furry family member to have other animal socialization during the day.
Prime Location

The home’s quiet, residential neighborhood offers a peaceful escape yet is just a short 5-minute car ride to St. Andrews State Park, where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, fishing, and wildlife watching. The property is also conveniently located near local restaurants, shops, and attractions, providing easy access to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. And of course, the beach is just a short walk away, so you can enjoy the sun and sand without hassle. You can be to the beach within minutes, to Publix sports park in approximately 10-15 minutes if you are in town for a tournament or venture out to Pier Park in about 25 minutes to shop, dine, or enjoy some entertainment.

Important Information:

- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM (Central Time).

- Policies: This is a non-smoking property and events are prohibited. A signed rental agreement is required to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. 

- Age Requirement: The main booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. ID verification required.

-Pet Fees: $150 per pet plus tax, dogs only, 2 maximum. Nonrefundable.

- The home does not provide cable TV, but all TVs are equipped with streaming capabilities.

-With plenty of parking space, please limit vehicles to three.

-Monthly rentals are available during the off-season from November to the end of February.
